Hi All

Have a problem where Virgin have cut off and cancelled my elderly parent's land line which they have a pendent alarm on have put a complaint in but can up to 28 days.

Cancelled line and still charged full amount have had to arrange a new package which turns out more expensive anybody else similar problems.

is it illegal to cancel a line for someone at 88 years of age who is at risk ?

Hi

To be honest I think raising somebody's package when 18 months is up (Hope they make it till then) who is 88 year old because you disconnected them and took the landline off the package just so you can make extra money is disgraceful.

As for Joe corporate faceless employee doing his job.

Don't worry local MP raising the point in commons

Unhappy Chris

Hi forgot to add could not do the emergency line for some reason because the hub had to come off back of TV some problem with initial installation that was never corrected. . I believe they had to tap into next doors line. As usual paying a premium price for a second rate service.

Somebody was supposed to get in touch but never did

If you would like further support on this, then please do PM my colleague as advised.

Many thanks
