Customer service email?

I need to contact Virgin about my home phone. I know exactly what the problem is, and I'm not looking for advice on that.

Without spending the earth on a phone call from my mobile, is there an email address anywhere I can use? I can't find one.

Thanks yes I know Carley, the problem is I can't phone them from my home phone and I do not want to pay the Earth calling them from my mobile.

Kind regards,

Pam T

Do they have an email address for anything at all ? because I can't phone them from my home phone and I won't be able to until I've contacted customer services. Catch 22!

You could try the contact us complaint form but It doesn't look like they ever respond any time soon. https://my.virginmedia.com/my-cases/make-a-complaint

Hi @Pammi_T - we don't use email as a contact method. If you can advise us what the issue is with the home phone, we can assist you in sorting this out 🙂

Perhaps you need to review your sim card provider as 0345 numbers shouldn't cost much if at all

Hi @John_GS my landline has never been connected since I switched back to Virgin. I did not find this out for a few days after the installation. I did have a physical landline connection to Virgin but it seems to have been removed. I think I know when this may have happened but it wasn't Virgin who did it. I wasn't bothered because I don't normally use my landline anyway. However I dialled my own number recently to see if voicemail was on and it is on. Of course I have no way of turning it off because my phone does not work. I also have no way of checking to see if anybody has left any messages. This could be a bit of a problem for any relatives who may have left a message and who think I'm ignoring them! So I really need to get this sorted out as soon as possible but I just simply don't know how. I don't use Virgin mobile either even though a free SIM was included in my package.

Thanks for coming back to us - I'll send you a PM now to assist further.

Best
