Current caller ID cost please BT4600

Hi there,we have a BT 4600 via a Virgin Home Phone (Talk and Weekends),non-VOIP

How much does it cost to add Caller Display to our phone bill please,and what is the process?

Caller ID should already be included within the cost of the VM landline service. It may need activating on your line or be faulty. The VM forum team should be able to do/check this for you.

Has the caller ID ever worked or just recently stopped working?

@goslow has beaten me to it and said pretty much what I would have also said.

 

I just want to clarify that there is no charge for adding caller display to your line. 

 

I have checked your account and can see that the feature is active on your account, please can you double check to see if this feature is working or not and let me know if we need to look into this further.
