Credit where credit is due

I just want to say a huge thanks to the team from Virgin community particularly Katie and Alex.

We have moved to Virgin from another provider and the landline was not transferred due to an error so we lost the phone number. 

It took a few days to get actioned but the team took the required action they could to get the number back to us. 

We were kept informed of actions being taken and all promises were met.

I accept I was quick to criticise when it went wrong but I also want to pass on thanks and praise equally as quickly now it is resolved.

So one again thank you for the support.
