Credit on broadband account

Hi all. I closed my virgin account and cancelled my direct debit. In the meantime Virgin debited my account £50.50 and now the closed virgin account is in credit. But because the account is now closed it won't let me get my credit balance and they can't return it via Direct debit as that's no longer active. They have not contacted me either to tell me about the credit, I just happened to log in to make sure everything was closed. Who do I contact as I cannot find any email address or phone number, the account says it will no longer be available after 90 days. Help 😣

All refunds are done via cheque and sent 35 days after the account has been closed.
