Some months ago, my landline number became unavailable. A Virgin Media call centre representative promised me £10 off my bill for the inconvenience. However, I have never seen this deduction on any of my bills since.
The last time I looked into this, there was a £10 credit showing on my account. I would like this credit applied to my bill. I am hoping someone from Virgin Media can investigate this for me. These forums seem to be a lot more helpful than the call centre! Thank you in advance for your help.
