Hi, my Virgin home phone has horrific crackling on the line, so bad that I am unable to make a call. It's plugged into the convential wall socket. I tried a normal non cordless phone and today bought new cordless phones. Unfortunately, the crackling is still there and has been for several weeks. I am an old age pensioner and currently out of contact, as I don't get a Virgin mobile phone signal within my home. Hope you are able to come up with a speedy resolution. Thanks.
