Based on our latest updates our engineer is on site and working on resolving this currently, we're expecting this to be fixed by 6pm today.

You can also register to receive the updates via SMS or email so you know first once cleared.
This could have an impact to your landline or TV as well, please do keep us posted and tell us if you're still experiencing an issue after the problem is fixed.
