Shortly after connection of my Fibre Phone, the phone line continuously crackles over all hand sets. Everything appears to be in order and I have completed a status check. The cracking reminds my of old land lines 40 years ago. Looking for advice.

Please could you reboot your hub and let me know if that makes any difference to the quality of your line? If not, we can get this looked into further for you.
