Crackle and disconnection

Hi, 

My home phone has now started to disconnect frequently and the line is crackling. 

I have done the online test and no issues noted so tried to phone you but it keeps disconnecting. I have tried another handset but it's the same result. The phone is plugged into the dedicated wall socket and no extension cables are used. 

Could you advise please?

Tried to call 150 but it keeps disconnecting...
