Continuous tone when dialling home phone

Hi all. I had my broadband and phone activated following a house move yesterday. Broadband is fine and dialling out is fine. 

When dialling my house phone on my mobile I get a continuous uninterrupted tone on my mobile and my virgin home phone doesn’t ring. I have tried with 2 phones and its the same for both. 

My phone is plugged in to tel port 1 on my Hub 3. 

I have called VM but it has not moved forward.

 Edit. Different issues for different phones. Vodafone and Three to Virgin landline, continuous tone, no ring on mobile or landline.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline. 

 

I have just taken a quick look over the account, are you still having issues with receiving incoming calls?

I am Zak. Not sure if my number ported correctly or not but still as per the original issue. I spoke with the technical team yesterday and was informed that someone from porting would call me yesterday. Sadly they didn’t.
