My landline has not been working for over a week . I ring Virgin Media using 150 on my mobile phone but the message is that they cannot connect me at this time.
How can I get my landline issue fixed?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your landline service.
Taking a look at our systems, the landline is showing as being connected. As your landline is provided through your Hub, I've taken a look at the stats for that and can see a stability issue. The hub has been online for quite some time so please reboot the Hub by turning the power off at the mains, leave off for a few minutes and then turn back on. This should reset things for you.
Pop back and let me know how things go after this and we can go from there.

Phone is alive but the message states no link to base - please check base.
So do you think it is a phone equipment issue maybe?

Thanks for coming back to us on this.
I've done a line quality check from this end and it's coming back all good so it may be to do with the handset. Do you have another handset that you can check things with?
