Has anyone a phone number or email address of someone at virgin media that I could contact as I've spent the last 3 weeks since becoming a customer trying to communicate my complaint by email and online chat and phone .of everyone I've spoke to I have not got any answers to any of my complaints. The whole lot are totally incapable of answering my questions concerning my complaint .absolutely shocking the worst customer service I have ever known anywhere .it's totally pointless communicating with them. I need an English speaking person to discuss complaints with has anyone a number or email address please.
