I am moving out of my flat and want to transfer my Virgin broadband to the new resident.
I have tried calling Virgin, which gives recorded messages, that send you a text to a bot service. This then asks you details, and puts you on hold to talk to an agent... Then nothing... Virgin Media shops are all closed, how on earth do you contact them? I can't find any emails to use.
