Connection issues

I had my connection done 16 December got my wifi and tv 18 December but my phone line is not working no dial tone when I call virgin media they say my installation is on 13 January when I tell them I got tv and wifi and it works fine they dont believe me and say someone will come and do installation

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

My apologies for the phone line issue. It's not they don't believe you, it's just they are correct. The address needs a new faceplate fitted so this is also happening on the 13th January. It sounds like the engineer has split the work order so you can have the TV and broadband working and then the phone line at a later date
