Can you please tell me if the Telephony Service is active in my area yet please as i would like to connect my house phone direct to my Hub 4

I have checked and you're area is not yet ready for the VOIP line migration. 

As soon as you are eligible we will send out a letter or email to confirm this with you.

I have been waiting over 72 hours for some service and that's only since the ""engineer"" (man with no clue) turned up
