I would like to file a complaint regarding installation in my flat. The technicians drilled a hole in one the walls without covering it or using it at the end.
I called the customer service several times but apparently I don’t have an account with Virgin media. Yet I do see charges in my bank account.
Please advise whom should I contact in order to solve this problem.

I wasn't able to raise any of my problems with Customer service representatives as they could not find my account in the system.
