I’ve had no phone line since 7th Jan. Engineer attended today (Darren 20279) said the original engineer had put the connector on in the wrong place (D side??) which was the issue in the street box. I’ve got an email with a link to the OFCOM compensation but doesn’t work - please advise how to claim.

OFCOM withdrew this policy for all providers in March due to COVID19 so this is why the link doesn't work at the moment. However, because your issue started before this date we can still offer it as long as we have evidence to show you're entitled, I can investigate this for you in your account once we get started!
