Compatible phone for fibre switch over

Hi my switch over date is 19th June. I have bought a house phone but the leaflet states not all devices are compatible.  Obviously I have no way of knowing until the day if my phone is compatible!  Does this mean you have to keep buying phones until you get a compatible phone? Will I still be able to connect after tge switch over date? If I need another phone?

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

Unfortunately, we do not have a list of compatible phones as such- however in theory, most DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) phones will work.

OK thank u.  But if my phone isn't compatible on switch over day can I still try again with a different phone after that date ?

Absolutely!

If there's any issues on the date of switchover, let us know so we can offer further support if required. 

Unless its a very out dated phone, it shouldn't be an issue.
