I cannot get access to my bill because I'm classified as a secondary user. I'm the only user. The bill goes to my nearly 3 years dead husband, although I have always paid it even when he was alive. I get notification of the bill's arrival and amount, but nothing else. I'm finding it impossible to get Virgin Media to change this, even though they say I am the sole account holder.
Help is really needed with this. Thanks in advance of this.
