If I report a fault via calling 150 can I check its status through the website?

I'm so sorry to hear that you have been facing a fault with your service, if a fault is not showing on the service status page then it would mean that we do not have an outage reported and that any faults you are experiencing would be specific to your home and equipment.
If you call and report you are experiencing a fault our team will run diagnostic checks with you. Are you currently experiencing an issue?

I have already reported the fault and it is being dealt with. It is not on the status page as it only affects one person. Is it possible for me to find out what's happening without going through 150?

If you've reported your issue to the team and there is no area fault then they would usually work with you to resolve things remotely. If that''s not possible they would look at booking an engineer or we may need to monitor things. What did the team advise when you spoke to them?
Can you expand further on the fault you're having so we can give some more specific information or update?
