After not using my landline for a few years, I recently bought a new phone but it is displaying ‘check phone line’. I’m not sure if I have installed it properly because there is not fault on the line. I bought an RJ11 lead and tried with that but still doesn’t work. I’ve tried following the installations guide on the website. Could it be a fault from the box outside to my house as opposed to a fault from virgin to my box?
Thanks for your post an welcome to the Community Forums. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the landline.Are you still having issues with your phone? Are you able to try another phone socket? I'm running remote diagnostics and could not detect any faults with the line.
