Phone has not been working since the middle of August. 

Virgin media were working on a complex issue and last update was engineer has identifed the problem  and engineer is on its way 31/08/23 9:00am - same issue still

No ringtone - check phone line. Done all the usual tests - changed phones etc.

Can someone from virgin media contact me asap - thanks!

Make sure you have notified VM of the total loss of service by phoning in or using one of the automated test methods to confirm the fault on your line. This will help ensure you are compensated for the total loss of phone service
