Do you know what numbers you called which generated the charges or are they hidden within the sub-50p call cost total?

Calls to non-VM mobiles would generate charges and calls more than 60 min would generate charges for excess minutes over 60 mins on 'Talk Weekends'.

There is a new edition of the call charges document dated today which is linked below which might help identify the reason for you (some new package names at the beginning, legacy package names towards the end)

We're sorry to hear of the issues with the charges following some calls made within your talk plan recently, could you please have a look at your last bill here and let us know if you can see a description about these extra charges you received?

Also, do you recall calling a premium service number starting with 0300 or any other than a landline or UK mobile and does your plan for landline show as Talk Weekends on your account?
