"One of the hazards of not plugging a phone & checking the line occasionally is you cannot tell if you have a crossed line with another customer. It is not uncommon for this to happen, & unless it is reported as an actual fault rather than a billing query it can be difficult to get your money back.2
I've been with Virgin since 2007 and I've never ever heard of this (above) before. Is this the latest lets make excuses for Virgin Media? Crossed lines in 2019.?? Blimey we'll be back on party lines soon.
