I recently updated my Virgin Media package and had to have an O2 sim.

All my family have Virgin Media.

My MIL pays extra for anytime calls to any numbers from her landline.

Since I had my O2 sim She is now being charged extra when she calls me, why?

Sorry to hear about this, we would be unable to see why she is being charged unless the team were able to look into her bill. I'd suggest asking her to contact us and the team can investigate this and look into the specific charges regarding her Landline.
