Charged for weekend call yet have 'Talk weekend' on my contract.
My account number is [REMOVED]. On my lastest statement I have been charged for making a call to a local landline on Saturday 15th August at 18:53 when I have 'Talk Weekend' on my package. Please can any Virgin staff look into this and explain why this has happened as it doesn't meet my expectation that such calls are free. Thank you.
