Charged for phone calls that should still have been free!
On 30th September I changed to a new Virgin contract containing Talk Weekends landline. I am curently on Talk More Anytime and your phone agent said I would not be switched over to the new landline plan until 28th October and could continue making free midweek calls from my landline under the existing Talk More Anytime plan. However, my latest bill reveals landline phone usage charges of £12.42 up to October 5th - this is definitely not what I was told because it appears that my landline phone package has been moved already to the Talk Weekends plan instead of being moved over on the 28th October as I was told. Please arrange a prompt refund for all landline calls because I was clearly given the wrong information by your phone agent and should not have incurred these landline phone charges.
