Just received my bill for June and I've been charged £77 for phone calls I never made! Add to that I don't even have a phone connected in this property and I never have.Customer service have told me they will send an engineer out at the cost of £99 - what a joke.
When I look at the itemised bill every phone call duration is a whole number with zero seconds, this is clearly something dodgy. Please can someone from Virgin help me out.
Just spent 30 mins waiting to get through to someone to arrange an engineer and the line went dead 👎👎👎
I just rang the number that's listed as mine on my bill and an old woman picked up 🙄

I'm sorry that you've been getting some charges on your bill for calls you haven't made.
It looks like you've managed to get a technician booked now, so they will investigate and fix what has happened.

Engineer just came round and found a crossed wire in the box outside.

The engineer found a crossed line and customer services have told me I am still responsible for paying the bill for calls I didn't make.
