Charged for phone calls I have not made

This has happened twice now, first time it happened I got in touch and the rep seemed to resolve the issue and it didn't happen again, until now. About 10 months later. 

Is this normal practice for Virgin? I don't even have a phone (who uses a landline in 2019??). I only have the phone line because it came as a package. 

How can I stop virgin from doing this? It seems really shady. If this continues I'll have to switch to sky.

Can anyone advise on what I should do? Shall I just cancel my bundle? Get rid of the phone package?

Hi TotallyTom85, thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

What you've advised is of is not standard practice.  If indeed the calls in question have not been made from your property, then we'd need to send out a technician to check if there's an issue with the connection. Would you rather investigate this issue with a view to resolving it, or would you prefer to examine having a package without the telephone line?
