My mum has been charged on 2 different occasions for using her landline number outside of her plan
However she has not made these calls but has been charged. She does not use the phone

Can you identify the numbers called from the bill or is the cost hidden in the 'below 50p' category on the bill?
How does your mother's phone connect (conventional wall socket or via the back of the VM hub)?
Does she have any other devices connected to the line which might have dialled out and generated a call cost (scam phone call blockers have done this in past topics, for example, or a medical/care device, burglar alarm etc.)?
