Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear of this call charge dispute. I can see that since posting, you've spoke to the team and we have got an engineer visit booked in to check the line relating a possible crossed line issue.
Hi, I have had an engineer come and look at my line and found an issue yet you have still charged me the £99. This is now supposed to have been credited back to me. Can you please sort this out, I refuse to pay this fee
