Changing Home Phone Package

Can anyone tell me how on earth you can change your home phone package? There are lots of posts on the community pages about this, but no pointers on how to do this on the website. As others have pointed out, "My Upgrades" just points you to entertainment bundles even when you select Home Phone. I can't believe this is so difficult.

P.S. Is there no "web chat" facility on Virgin? I can't find anything.

There was a web chat facility until the recent Coronavirus crisis, when it was terminated to free up more resources for the call centres

The answer is, you have to call to get this changed. A bit crazy, especially when they are under pressure and I could have done this myself. But there you go.
