Changing Home Phone Package

HI, I want to change my Home Phone Package. When I go to My Package, beneath Phone there is an option to "Upgrade your Phone". However, when I click on this, it takes me to My upgrades and offers. It just shows 3 bundles (none of which include the phone package I want anyway).

So is it only possible to do this by calling, which obviously is difficult right now.?

Thanks for your help with this Neiltt11. I texted on Thursday, just got a bot which couldn't do anything. Today someone texted to say they would pass me on to someone who could sort this. Short time later Dylan sorted this out (and more). So thanks to Dylan as well and to the unknown person.
