Hello
Can someone tell me why I have received an email from Virgin Media telling me I had made changes to my Virgin Media package when I have not done this?
It seems my TV package is changing from Full House TV (XL) to Maxit TV - Kids Pick and it is saying that my Telephone Line Rental is being removed, but I never asked for this! I want to keep my package as it was before including the same TV channels and my Telephone Line Rental

Look out - the next step is that they will cut you off and you will lose your number, if my experience is anything to go by.
Suspicious that this has happened to both of us?
