Changes I have not asked for

Hello

Can someone tell me why I have just received an email from Virgin Media telling me I had made changes to my Virgin Media package when I have not done this?

It seems my TV package is changing from Full House TV (XL) to Maxit TV - Kids Pick and it is saying  that my Telephone Line Rental is being removed,  but I never asked for this!  I want to keep my package as it was before including the same TV channels and my Telephone Line Rental
