My copper VM phone line is due to change to an internet phone line next month.

My phone adapter has arrived for plugging into my VM hub.

I currently only use my VM hub as a modem for the internet, with a separate router for both wired and wireless internet.

Will the new phone adapter still work if the VM hub is in modem mode?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. The good news is your landline will still work if you have your Virgin Media hub in modem mode or router modem as it works independently from the broadband connection side.
