Change to fibre phone line

Have been sent a fibre phone adapter but hub and main telephone line are in different rooms. Think I need an engineer please

So sorry to hear about the landline connection issue after we migrated it to fibre-optics.
Indeed, in this instance, we would book you in for an engineer visit to help you out with setting up the landline via the hub.
