Change recently supplied landline number to my old Virgin landline number
I have just set up my new home install kit, V6 box, Hub3 and the Home phone (Via the Hub3 - VOIP). The home phone has a new number, however, I'm wondering if I can have the old Virgin Media landline number that was just disconnected in the last few days.
Basically we had Virgin Media at our house, but the account holder has left, hence new contract being taken out by me - can I request this number be assigned to me to save informing everyone of the number change? It has only just been disconnected.
Hoping a moderator can pick this up for me please, I really don't want to sit through over an hour on the phone again....had that already in last few days.
