My Mum would like to change her talk plan to “Anytime Talk’” as she is now alone in self isolation, the up grade option is not shown on her account page. She is only in her second month of contract. She has tried the text number with no answer..

I have been trying for near 2 weeks now to get some response out of Virgin media after moving house, now it is costing us a lot of money, rest assured we will NOT be taking on Virgin media at the new property, we have a cable but they can stick it right up them.
