Change my landline number

I'm getting pestered all a day to buy bit coins on my landline number. They are very pushy and ring from multiple different numbers. As i have only given my number to a handful of people i like it changed urgently. I know numbers are recycled and its a risk i may get more with my new number, it's a risk I'm more than happy to take. Please help!

Re: Change my landline number

There is no use changing your number to avoid scammers.

They use auto diallers that ring large blocks of numbers & literally work their way through entire telephone exchanges in a few days.

The only real way to avoid them is a call filtering service that links directly to your phone.

Its no use blocking the numbers either. They are either fake or cloned from genuine users who are nothing to do with the scammers.

We are ALL getting these calls. Join the club.

Re: Change my landline number

I'll just unplug my phone then, I've had enough of them now.
