Does anyone know how to change an appointment? Keep going round in circles. Nothing showing on orders and appointments.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having trouble with changing an appointment.
Any appointments can take up to 24 hours to show within My VM.
We can also amend appointments for you but would need to confirm some information with you first. I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
