My friend will be having a Careline installed. Its hub will need to be situated elsewhere than the superhub. The way that the original landline internal cabling was run will mean that she will need new cabling from the hub to wherever the Careline hub will be placed - in a central position.

Who will be responsible for cabling this up please (I reckon it should be Virgin Media!)

You should request a Careline that uses a sim card and not one that relies on old analog phoneline technology.

Carelines have been aware of the landline switch for years and should have a solution for you

Thanks for posting on our community forums. If your friend is having a careline installed, this would be not be Virgin Media responsibility for relocating the cable, however if your friend requires the hub to be relocated, we can do this for a charge of £25.
