Cannot receive incoming calls to Landline from Vodafone mobiles

I came across to Virgin from Sky 7 weeks ago from Sky and are having exactly the same issue in that I cannot receive calls on the landline from any Vodafone number.My mobil is with Vodafone which means I cannot phone my own landline ! which is a big issue for me as my wife is severly disabled so I need to check in on a regular basis to ensure she is ok...  need this issue sorting as a matter of urgency.

Sorry to hear of the landline issues regarding receiving calls from Vodafone mobile numbers, we appreciate the confusion this can cause and we would like to welcome you to the community.

I can see you have spoken to the team earlier today, the issue will be with our telecom specialists who will be raising this with the relevant team to get this fully investigated. Once this is complete a member of that team will contact you to let you know the results of the investigation, if it has been resolved or the next steps going forward.

At this time we wouldn't be able to give a time frame on this but they will be on this immediately if it hasn't already been raised following other customers making us aware of this.
