I have had my home phone number changed 2 weeks ago. Since then I am not able to receive calls only make. I have phoned Virgin Media 4 times. Everytime they say they will fix issue within 48 hours but they don't. They have even sent a technician who could not fix issue. Virgin Media are not replying to my messages and phone time wait is very long. Everytime I phone they say same thing that issue will be fixed but don't fix anything.
