Just moved my existing number to Virgin mobile. Alas, I am unable to receive calls or texts. I can call out. Number is ported but am unable to receive calls. Please help.

Sorry to hear you've some issues with your mobile, what handset do you have?
Can you confirm the date of the number port? If it was today you may experience some loss of service.
