Virginmedia human response and helplines either so poor or non existant!
I have exactly the same fault on my landline (unable to make outgoing calls and immediately diverted to150 helpless Virginmedia line !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi gpmaguire, let Tom help you, he explained it all to me and we've got it all sorted out today.
The tech that came out to us today loved it here. I took the new Hub 3.0 from him and basically set up all the hardware myself 🤣. He did his thing on the phone though.
