I have tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with you to cancel my mum's landline. Sadly my mum has died so no longer needs your service. I've tried to do the right thing by trying to contact you but I suppose you will get the message when the bank returns your direct debit as unpaid. Maybe Virgin you need to have a way of being contacted by someone who doesn't use your services. Won't be using you in the future
