Cancelling landline

Could anyone advise me how I can cancel my landline?

Is there a reason you wish to cancel the landline at all? Are you facing any issues at all with the service. 

You can cancel your services by calling us on 0345 454 1111 or via WhatsApp on 07305 327 112.

I no longer use the landline so pointless having it also not worked for awhile. Some water got into the socket. Thanks for the reply

If you would like us to run diagnostics on the landline and try to fix the fault we would be more than happy to?

It is worth noting we do not handle package changes or cancellations  via the forums so you would need to call or message for this.
