Cancelling by no idea when

Hi, I have cancelled with Virgin for my TV, phone and internet but I have no idea when my account closes down as I have received no contact from Virgin. I am changing to Sky but they cannot install due to Covid-19 and I cannot get through to Virgin to discuss. I need my phone and internet as I have a home care package as I am terminally ill and have to stay in constant contact with my carers. Could anyone advise how I can get this info?
